We are meticulous about packaging our fish and use plenty of freshwater,
pure oxygen, ice packs. and insulation to ensure they will arrive safely.
Our fish are hand-fed every day high-quality Koi food and treats for strong immune systems and optimal health. They are friendly and healthy. We guarantee live delivery - in the event that your fish arrive DOA, we are happy to send you a replacement fish of equal value or refund the price of the fish upon receiving a photo of the DOA fish within 2 hours of delivery.
When your fish arrive, once you get them settled, please send us a message and let us know that they arrived safely.
If you are not happy with your fish, please communicate with us before leaving negative feedback.

Fish are measured at the time of listing and sizes are a very close approximate and are not guaranteed to be exact. In the unlikely event that your fish is not in an optimal condition at the time of shipping, we will notify you of the situation and either give you a full refund or we will be happy to work with you to find a replacement fish that you are happy with.
Local pick up can be arranged, just send us a message :)

Your order will be shipped Fed Ex 2nd day air or UPS Next Day Air on the Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after payment is completed depending on the day of purchase and your location.
Shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be done via USPS Priority Mail, shipped out on a Monday. There is an additional cost for shipping to these areas.
